"We all know that Powell is on the way out, it is just a question of when. And for a lot of us, he has been the voice of reason in the foreign policy of this administration,"Reid said in an interview with The Associated Press on Tuesday.

Reid said he won't pick a favorite in the field of Democratic presidential candidates because he serves with four of them in the Senate"and I'm friends with the rest."
"The person who spoke out against the war was (Vermont Gov. Howard) Dean and he is being rewarded for that right now,"he said.
Sen. Joe Lieberman, D-Conn.,"is clearly the most conservative. The rest of them are pretty much the same,"he said.
