Jail Administrator Arrested in Drug Case (Coca 2oz)
WEST MEMPHIS, Ark. Aug. 24, 2004 ? The administrator of the Crittenden County Jail has been arrested for allegedly agreeing to provide slightly more than 2 ounces of cocaine to an inmate.

Reginald Abram, 29, was arrested Monday as part of an undercover investigation by police. Abram got the job June 5 after his predecessor, Robert Bretherick, was charged with witness tampering and deprivation of rights. .snip.

1. Just trying to make up for his predecessor depriving rights.
He should have given the esspresso instead.
