Bush to face Iraq challenge on return to Washington(After 35 day vacation)

CRAWFORD, Texas, Aug 29 (Reuters) - Last year, U.S. President George W. Bush came back from his summer vacation to begin a hard sell for war on Iraq. Now, his return to work will be dominated by the problem-plagued Iraqi occupation.

Bush returns to Washington on Saturday from a month-long stay at his Texas ranch. The month has been marred by violence in Iraq including Friday's car bombing in Najaf, which killed a top Shi'ite Muslim leader and at least 74 other Iraqis, and last week's bombing of the U.N. headquarters in Baghdad.

The attacks and rising deaths among the nearly 140,000 U.S. troops in Iraq suggest security is deteriorating and have fed public doubts over the occupation.

Analysts and political sources said Bush faces critical decisions on how to improve security and maintain public support for the occupation as the 2004 presidential campaign gathers steam and the quick success of the war to topple Saddam Hussein fades in memory.

He hasn't been seriously challenged over all the casualties, nor over his 35 day vacation itself. what's that? We invaded Iraq to free them from Saddam----WMD? what is that? We should have just gone in and bombed the country to bits--killed thousands of innocent human beings,let that museum full of priceless bits of ancient history get looted, killed thousands of children, or at the least amputated their limbs, -- get the 1.7 billion dollar, no bid contract for Halliburton and then handed everything over to the UN to sort out--right? I mean, they, after all, should pay the bill--especially when we can get away with not paying it--right?

We, as a country, invaded another country on manufactured, despicable lies and killed thousands of their citizens--innocent citizens, to get what George Bush and Cheney coveted--their stuff--their oil and it's potential--and to get millions--yea billions of dollars for themselves--what is the matter with these neanderthals we have that overtaken this government? They are insane--

The lies or this administration have gone down the memory hole--what is the matter with the human race today=-especially the country of America? What is the matter with animals--who have a Xtain George the Christ that you adore, and that you follow to kill thousands of people in a far off country--for --for what--Halliburton's 1.7 billion dollar no bid contract?
