Kerry to Announce Today in South

With his campaign struggling for traction... Kerry formally kicks off his presidential bid this morning in South Carolina in front of a decommissioned Essex-class aircraft carrier near Charleston... initiating his campaign in South Carolina is unusual for someone who once served as Massachusetts lieutenant governor under Michael Dukakis.
