A True American Hero - Dahr Jamail

For those of you who are not familiar with Dahr Jamail, he is an American journalist who is by all reports one of the only unembedded reporters who is getting information out of Iraq. Recently he did an interview with Newtopia.com that I think most will find informative and extremely interesting. Dahr has also been featured on Democracy Now and various Pacifica Radio shows. He maintains a website and blog that contains his reports and his photos from inside the invaded zones. Take a look at his reporting and photos and if possible make a donation to help Dahr continue to stay inside Iraq. Dahr Jamail is a true American Patriot who is putting his life on the line everyday to bring us the truth so lets take a moment to show him that the DU crowd appreciates his efforts.

2. I wish I could attend

but being that I live so far away (Northern WI) it would be impossible. But if he ever is near my area I will be there no doubt. He is a man I much admire.
