UND should rein in its law school
By FREDERIC SMITH, for the Tribune
State Rep. Jim Kasper, R-Fargo, asks a good question of North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem. What in the heck is the University of North Dakota doing using taxpayer money to sue the city of Fargo?
Kasper puts it a little more elegantly. "Please let me know if there is any way the UND law school may be in violation of any North Dakota statute." But the thought is there.
The law school is representing the five people who are suing for removal of the Ten Commandments monument outside the Fargo Civic Center and City Hall
