The stage directions for this event say, "It is requested that state and local enforcement officials attend in uniform." In case those reading the memo fail to get the point, it helpfully explains, "Approximately 30 uniformed officers will be invited to sit on stage with the General Ashcroft (sic) during his speech." And for the really dull-witted, Miller hammers home the point: "It is hoped that the majority of the attendees will be uniformed officers."

It doesn't say RSVP at the bottom of this invitation. Maybe Miller was worried somebody would think RSVP meant "Really Sounds Very Political."

No news at all today except for the fact that Asskrap will be in Louisville at an undisclosed location and time tomorrow...double-secret probation for someone or a taxpayer paid fund raiser?
