Deep Throat leaked other info, too

BALTIMORE -- The FBI official who was Deep Throat during the Watergate investigation also leaked information to the Washington Post about two other stories of the 1970s -- the criminal investigation of Vice President Spiro T. Agnew and the attempted assassination of Alabama Gov. George C. Wallace, the newspaper says.

Post reporter Bob Woodward wrote that W. Mark Felt told him in 1972 that the FBI had information that Agnew had received a bribe. He also said Felt was the source for a '72 story about the investigation into the shooting of Wallace. AP
