Nope. Illegal drugs are too profitable for police agencies, DEA, State police, etc.

Why you ask? Because say you have 15 pounds of marijuana and you get busted by the town police. Not the county police, not the state police. Also, since you have been dealing drugs for a while, you own a couple Beamers, 2-3 houses, hundreds of acres of beach front property, large amounts of cash in a bank safety deposit box, and much, much more personal property.

If you are found guilty, the arresting agency then has an auction on everything you own. They automatically take ownership of your assests and sell them at auction.

That is why none of it will be legalized. Those drug busts are what pay for the overtime that the police department need their officers to work because they do not have enough employees to do the job needed.

I'm sure if you live in a city, every week there are huge DEA auctions of vehicles listed . . . right? Well, they seized the property and are now trying to make profit on it.

You may save money; however, the cops are making a killing.

All you have to have is MONEY that some local cop THINKS is drug profits and they can (and will and HAVE) seize everything...

You have to go to court to PROVE it's clean money, while the cops don't have to prove SHIT...
