The 13-year veteran federal district judge and unsuccessful Bush administration nominee to a post on the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has signed a book deal with the Georgia-based book publisher Stroud & Hall Publishers to write a book about his sojourn in the U.S. Senate entitled Advice & Dissent. Stroud & Hall Publishers is a small publishing house that has published two books by former Georgia U.S. Sen. Zell Miller and a book by former U.S. Rep. Bob Barr of Georgia.
