Oliphant Cartoon: Bush and "Intelligence" and Condi as a Parrot.
I am only sometime an Oliphant fan, he hated the Clintons and did hachet jobs on them, but I like this one, escpecially how he portrays Condi Rice..

2. Oliphant is my favorite.
I agree that he went after the Clintons, but if you look at his work overall, he is merciless on the Republicans. His best was drawing Bush I in a dress with a purse, pushing a stroller with a baby Quale gurgling his first words, "McCarthyism". Bush HATED him drawing him with a purse all the time.

His drawing style is amazing, elegant, and with perfect lines that with a few strokes make the person recognizeable. He captures the emotion of the faces with amazing ability.

No one draws repubs like him...usually a huge ink blob in a suit.
