'I Want to Know Who the Leakers Are'
That's the front page headline in the Chicago Sun-Times today. Here's the accompanying story:

http://www.suntimes.com/output/news/cst-nws-bush01.html

--"There are too many leaks of classified information in Washington," Bush said. "There's leaks at the executive branch. There's leaks in the legislative branch. There's just too many leaks."

"That's just the way it is. ... I've spoken out consistently against them and I want to know who the leakers are."--

This guy's a jeenyus. ;-)

Today's Sun-Times is great. Lot's of anti-Bush stories, letters and blurbs. Even right-wing shill Michael Sneed has a little blurb in her column that disses the Shrub.

1. Mystery solved!
Bush Now:
"There are too many leaks of classified information in Washington. There's leaks at the executive branch; there's leaks in the legislative branch. There's just too many leaks. And if there is a leak out of my administration, I want to know who it is. And if the person has violated law, the person will be taken care of."

Bush Then
"Later, after the terrorist attacks, Woodward and another reporter interviewed Mr. Bush in the Oval Office.
The reporters had an hour to ask their questions. But Woodward said the president gave them 90 minutes, often speaking candidly about classified information and explaining the reasons behind some of his actions."

6. lol... now wouldn't that be something
if bush did the leaking himself. Not likely. But would be very interesting.

3. I wonder what he meant
by, "the person will be taken care of"? Did he mean brought to justice or protected from the law?

5. According to TBOGG
http://www.tbogg.blogspot.com/
taken care of"? What? Shipped off to Camp X Ray? Cement shoes? Sentenced to two years of following Jenna around and keeping her hair out of her face when she pukes in the parking lot? Compulsory multiple viewings of Gigli? It sounds so ominous
