Just switch parties
There has been some discussion lately about why U.S. Rep. Jim Matheson does not yet face a Republican challenger for 2006. I believe his recent vote in favor of the Central American Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA) provides the answer: Matheson is not a Utah Democrat, he is a Utah Republican.
