Killer Bees on to Cindy Vigil?

Am I reading this article wrong?
Damn this pissed me off.

"Have Secret Service helicopters fly over the protesters, spraying them with a light mist of honey. Then set a swarm of killer bees on them.

Hmmm. This one has possibilities. "

I suggest we bombard this asshole with our "killer bees".

3. and out of Rockford, IL, NO LESS!
I know some people there and they were bush supporters, part of the midwest conservative band that stretches across the country.

The article does a good job of pointing out that Cindy has the Pretzeldent in a headlock.

5. I know
It points out how he is cornered which made the "killer bee" comments confusing to me.
Still they are uncalled for but maybe it was a lame attempt at humor?

10. I made my first visit to Rockford in June...
doing genealogy.

The contrast in the drive between Chicago and Rockford was STRIKING. Chicago is full of Kerry stickers, and anti-Bush slogans. And Rockford is full of Bush stickers. While I was trying to find a radio station in the rental car, I stumbled across James Dobson's radio show.

I'm ashamed to be looking for ancestors in such an intolerant, nasty place. Although I did find a nice cafe downtown not too far from the library.

6. I think you read it wrong
The article was critical of BushCo and the bee thing, though lame, was in no way a serious suggestion. It was "tongue in cheek."

8. Loosen up a little, will ya? It's a piece of SATIRE.
Read some of the other suggestions. They don't play well to Team Bush's failed P.R. ops against Cindy Sheehan.

Remember when the CIA wanted to dose Fidel's cigars with a chemical to make his beard fall out? It was so wacky it was funny. Well, the killer bees plan is typical of this kind of thinking. And given the propensity of Bush and Co. to propose and to do wacky things, it comes off as ironic and wry, and mocks the Team Bush think-tank approach to character assassination.

Relax. Enjoy. Politics can leave a person humorless. This has been a rough year; take some time to unwind and regain perspective. The fight is not over yet.

9. Try not to be so dismissive of the OP...politics is fast becoming a battle
ground and it is hard sometimes to tell who is with you and who is against you. I know, the article is very being condescending to the ShruberyCo. But at the same time, sarcasm can be difficult to detect.
