2. Shit! We, as a nation, are living testament to Nietzsche's...
notions of the sovereign individual, who in his self aassured 'glory' has every right to look down on and exploit those who have not risen to the same height.

3. Actually, Nietzsche considered himself the archenemy
of nihilism; so, the Neocons are pretending to be "supermen"? Not damned likely! Nietzsche would have cursed the greedy, dishonest, blood-soaked christianity these inhuman cyphers pretend to espouse. My guess is that these charlatans don't even know the definition of "nihilism" - if they did, they'd know that jihadists are not, by definition, nihilists; unless, like chiristianity, Islam can be shown to be in and of itself nihilistic...

Nietzsche despised nihilism, which he saw lurking behind every death cult religion (Christianity in particular), and he had nothing nice to say about the "self" as a measure, either ("die kleine Wort 'Ich' - ein Kunstgriff den Schwarzzauberer" "the little word 'I' - a trick of the black magician"). Having read Nietzsche's corpus extensively, I never quite get what these people are talking about when they talk about Nietzsche. It's all half notion and intellectual laziness.

6. The advice that I like is in the early chapters of The Prince when
N says that after the prince has conquered a country, he must move there so that he can oversee the "whatever." (my word not Nietzsche's.) George should move over to Iraq and obstruct the new Islamic government he has so successfully installed. All the Iraqi women can come over here.

7. That was Niccolo Machiavelli
Nietzsche wrote Man and Superman, the Antichrist, and others I don't remember off the top of my head. His most famous quote is: "God is dead."
