The story is the standard blurbs, but the headline is rather (accidentally?) telling.

1. Cheney sounds upbeat?
You better believe that was a slam on Cheney. What a heartless monster. I've never in my life encountered a person like Dick Cheney (haven't met him, 5,000 miles away is close enough).

He was quoted as saying "The Katrina exercise". Exercise? I'd like to exercise a dirt bike across his back.

The man is like stone. He never shows any emotion, ever.
