Apparently the same good budget fairy will pony up who is already paying for the Iraq war, who has bankrolled the permission for companies to repatriate profits from overseas without paying the usual taxes, who has somewhere found the boodle to fund three big personal tax giveaways mainly to the best-off and who favored giant agribusinesses and hugely profitable energy industries with large federal subsidies.
