Question of leaks


Since, under the guise of the Patriot Act, we are throwing American citizens in jail, without a trial or legal representation, for national security reasons, how is it that Robert Novak (an admitted CIA agent exposer) isn't spending his nights in a cold prison cell in Cuba?

And why was the White House so sloth-like in this leak investigation when previous leaks, ones that were unflattering to Bush Inc, were pounced upon with cat-like reflexes?

5. This is third in last 2 weeks

Had one in the Chicago SunTimes a week from last sunday and one in the Chicago Tribune last week. I hit the "trifecta". Only my trifecta didn't involve people dying or the collapse of our economy.
