Thank you, Minnesota

Throughout this week, many Minnesotans have taken a moment to think about and remember my parents, and I want to take this opportunity to say a few words.

Thank you to the people of Minnesota, who have shown so much love, compassion and admiration for my parents and sister. I know that my mom and dad would be honored and humbled by the incredible outpouring of support that Minnesotans have displayed over the past year in so many ways.

I also want to thank all of the people who have been so kind to my brother Dave and me. We deeply appreciate your words of support and innumerable acts of kindness.

Thank you for remembering my mom, dad and sister, and for keeping their spirits alive!
