Warning to Bush: Don't Sign That Bill!

Editor, Times-Dispatch: Regarding the article, "Program Would Create More Poverty":
As an independent voter, let me make a promise that I unlike most politicians -- will keep.

If President Bush signs into law any measure to make U.S. citizens of all 12 million illegal aliens who have lived, and supposedly worked, here in America after six years, and pushes for a guest-worker program, I promise I will vote for every Democratic candidate for all future public offices from dog-catcher to President.

The exception would be if Hillary Clinton were to run for President. Every rule demands an exception. Joseph Ondishko. richmond.
