Harvard University and Racism
There is something going wrong in America. Mr. Cohen of the Washington Post is right in calling the writings of those Harvard eggheads John Mearsheimer and Stephen Walt anti-semitic. Their writing is nothing more than Jew-baiting and it is offensive to every American.

To give you an idea of what sort of guy David Duke is read on.
I received an unsolicited copy of 'The Truth At Last' in my mailbox the other day.
David Duke has an article in it.
It is titled : "New Orleans: Africa-like savagery"
Subtitled : "Roving gangs of Blacks raid nursing homes and even children's hospitals".

In the article are notes such as these :
"Once again, guns save lives and property."
"The looting has now reached biblical proportions."
"To the terrified Whites of New Orleans, what appeared to be official or police vehicles often contained armed killers and rapists."
"People who are still there are hiding in closets from after 5:00 PM until the sun comes up."
"Gangs of crackheads are roaming the streets with guns in stolen city vehicles robbing, raping and killing."

"No one was dying of thirst, save perhaps for a few hopelessly trapped in their attics from risen waters."

"And a report of massive number of Negro criminals raiding a children's hospital has just come across the wire:..."

"Is this America - or Africa?"

"It's in the genes"

"I am reminded of the Northwest Airlines plane crash in Detroit in 1987, when the denizens of ghetto descended on the carnage and stripped the still-smoldering bodies and body parts of the victims of their watches, wallets, jewelry and other possessions."

Gives you an idea of what is going on at Harvard.

1. So what? David Duke also praised Cindy Sheehan.
Does that make her a Jew baiting anti-semite? Duke and the Nazis and KKK all oppose the Iraq war. Does that mean that all of us are white supremacists because we all agree on the war (for very different reasons)?

It's called a concurring opinion: "I agree with you, but for a different reason". Kind of like my opposition to this guest worker bill nonsense. I agree with Tom Tancredo. We agree, but for a different reason. Tancredo is all worried about terrorism and immigration and the supposed cultural threat from Latino immigration. I could care less about these phony threats. I am concerned about the use of cheap labor to drive down wages and workers' rights, which Tancredo could care less about.

3. strange way of arguing against a document
1) if the document is endorsed by a racist for his own agenda, it doesn't make automatically the facts or arguments in this document unrelevant. Those have to be checked separately

2) the author of the WP article is very biased himself : "how do they dare question the GW administration integrity ?"

"Mearsheimer and Walt conceive of The Lobby as a conspiracy between the Washington Times and the New York Times, the Democratic-leaning Brookings Institution and Republican-leaning American Enterprise Institute, architects of the Oslo accords and their most vigorous opponents. In this world Douglas Feith manipulates Don Rumsfeld, and Dick Cheney takes orders from Richard Perle. They dwell on public figures with Jewish names and take repeated shots at conservative Christians (acceptable subjects for prejudice in intellectual circles), but they never ask why a Sen. John McCain today or, in earlier years, a rough-hewn labor leader such as George Meany declared themselves friends of Israel."

and in case you didn't get it :

"I am a public intellectual and a proud Jew; sympathetic to Israel and extensively engaged in our nation's military affairs; vaguely conservative and occasionally hawkish. In a week my family will celebrate Passover with my oldest son -- the third generation to serve as an officer in the United States Army. He will be home on leave from the bomb-strewn streets of Baghdad. The patch on his shoulder is the same flag that flies on my porch."

___________________________________________________________________________________________

the documents might be anti-semitic, I don't know, haven't read them. But above "arguments" are not very convincing.
