http://estripes.com/article.asp?section=104&article=18984Job recruiters with Kellogg, Brown & Root are passing through Germany this holiday season for a three-day visit to Hanau and Wiesbaden. The engineering and construction arm of Halliburton has the primary Defense Department contract to reconstruct Iraq.
The list of jobs the company desires to fill is lengthy.
A number of “specialists” are sought in the postal, property, ammunition and mine fields, and traditional jobs, from cook to cop, are on the list.

Comment: Looks like the $125,000 package Halliburton is offering pest controllers fresh out of Houston isn't a sweet enough deal to keep B & R from recruiting outside US borders.
http://houston.bizjournals.com/houston/stories/2003/06/16/story7.htmlThe pest controller hopes to go to Kuwait and exterminate bugs there for the next five or six years -- if he can last that long. He will be leaving his family here in Houston.
But he expects to make as much as $125,000 a year, which he says is significantly more than he would make here in Houston, where he has been in business for himself since the early 1980s. He was recruited by a friend in the pest business who has already been sent off to his assignment.
