Anything transparent risks Saddam exposing Reagan/Bush Sr/Rumsfield

Gitta Sereny's comments are great, Thomas Donnelly doesn't really have anything useful to say whatsoever but there is a persuasive case here for trying Saddam very publicly in Iraq for domestic and international crimes.
