My Letter to the Editor
It's better in Iraq now?



Wednesday, December 17, 2003

For those who believe that the Iraqi people have it "better" now that the United States is in charge, look at what Iraq is like.
There are 75 tons of toxic depleted uranium leaving the population of Iraq at risk.

Taking a lesson from Israel, the United States has taken to destroying the homes of suspected insurgents. This has worked so well for Israel that it has to deal with terrorism on a daily basis.

There are unexploded munitions throughout Iraq. It will take years to clear this deadly mess.
