The Department of Justice has "established" its own National Security Division
John Young at cryptome.org published this latest BFEE "announcement" from the Torture AG.

Read it well, more BFEE moves closer to totalitarianism, a National Security State. Don't expect Constitutional historic safeguards and oversights, they are now gone-just like in all the rest of this criminal administration's "improvements" of "government".

3. This is dreadful. Why consolidate everything?
If competition is good in business, isn't it also good between different agencies that are supposed to be protecting us against the random violence of terrorists against the unarmed? Doesn't competition encourage and permit more creativity? Don't we need creativity in the "War on Terror"? This consolidation is counterproductive. Congress should step in and stop this. What if the one consolidated security division becomes infiltrated or corrupted by terrorists or by power hungry politicians? What protection do we have then? Absolutely none. And don't think it couldn't happen.

Please understand. For the purposes of this post, I am assuming the whole War on Terror is genuine and not just a ruse to deprive us of our rights. This move by the AG's office makes me doubt this assumption even more than I have.

on edit:
you can help document and research the many high crimes of this administration-it is a crime in itself to conceal crimes behind a secrecy classification system.

Here's a link to a parent thread that is primarily focused on Richard B. Cheney's National Energy Policy Development Group, but also branches off into areas like the Dubai Port World deals, the Walter Reed and related privatization crimes, and much more. Get involved as we retake our government from the top down.
