Washington, DC - The White House on Sunday firmly disagreed with Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid's claim that the Iraq war was "the worst mistake" in U.S. history and was quick to point out even worse mistakes that it had made and planned to make.

3. Bu$h's worst mistake was in 2000: DICK CHENEY.

Allowing Dick Cheney to insinuate himself onto the 2000 GOP ticket was the worst mistake Bu$h has made (assuming Bu$h had a choice). Without Cheney, there might not have been an attack on 9/11, or .. as it were .. the Afghanistan campaign might have been trenchant (lacking Cheney's Iraq/Iran fetish). Cheney is the well from which the putrid waters of hell flow. Bu$h is just a corroded, crumbling aqueduct.
