1. "The New Statesmen" has some excellent articles up along with Pilger's

but you have to pay to read them. They don't even offer a "free day pass" for reading an ad like Salon does.

It's a shame. Looks like there's also and excellent article on the sinister threat to free speech that Kelly's alleged suicide is portending in Britain. Plus another interesting article about how there's never been a more important time for Political Theater to be produced.

Sadly, none of them can be read with out giving one's credit card number. :-(
