1. no surprise there
Bush is the best thing that ever happened to Al Qaeda.

His foreign policy and "war on terror" have alienated most of the USA's allies as well as many other countries. It has pissed off almost the entire population of the world. And it has pissed off a lot of people in the Middle East, thereby confirming everything that bin Laden has said about the USA, and providing Al Qaeda and other terrorist groups with endless recruits.

Bush is an absolute disaster for peace and stability. But he is a godsend for Al Qaeda.
