1. I think everyone here can agree
that Bush and his cohorts dropped the ball. Apparently Trent Lott and Orrin Hatch thought terrorism is a "phony issue". What a bunch of assholes.

2. Add Phil Gramm to that list
He's the guy who protected Texas tax cheats at the expense of the whole country by refusing to allow international banking to be tightened up. He was protecting Enron's money laundering scheme, which used the same conduits through which money was flowing to Atta and the other 9/11 pilots for their flight school tuition.

We have got to get the truth out about these men, and send them all back to probating wills on Podunk. They have harmed our country enough.
