On this weekend of Hope.

I am feeling good...... We are just days away from President Obama, and my wife told me how awesome her day was. She has been teaching 4th graders about Martin Luther King for the past two days. Today in the afternoon they watched the I Have A Dream Speech. The kids were really into it and clapped with the crowd. When lined up to leave the kids were asking what their homework was going to be.

She replied "This weekend you be the change that you want."

She told the kids "if you want somebody to share with you, you share first. If you want everyone to be nice, you be nice first."

The kids cheered and went down the hall, and then she told them "we are watching the inauguration on Tuesday" Those kids are lucky to have a teacher like my wife.

What a time to be in 4th grade. What a time to be us.

It is a momentous weekend. I am proud to be an American again.
