1. You'd be surprised at how that's not really satire.
There are places that sell all sorts of JWB stuff, like replicas of the gun he used for example. Would anyone do that for the guns that killed the Kennedy's or Martin Luther King, Jr.? I think not (I'd sure hope not). Yet, with Lincoln it seems to be okay. I bet if you Google it a pile of stuff would come up.
