Incidents like this seem to happen way too often...

New rules for routine traffic stops:

Immediately put your hands outside the car window and say loudly and clearly "I'm unarmed. Please don't shoot me."

But somehow this doesn't seem like the USA anymore. Aren't a lot of our freedoms and rights based on freedom 'from' things...

Anyway...this really disturbs me...

...I sit quietly in the car, hands on the steering wheel, and wait for the cop to tell me to move. I don't even roll down the window till he gets there to tell me to. I sure as hell am not going to tell him no when he asks to see my license.
