Mac MSNBC.com/Altercation fans poll: Can you visit without I. Explorer?
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3449870/

I used to be able to visit Eric Alterman's web blog with any browser. Now on an old G3 running Mac OS 9 I can forget visiting in Mozilla, and, on a G4 with Mac OS 10.3, I cannot open any MSNBC.com pages with Safari. In both cases I have to open up MicroSoft's Internet Explorer if I want to visit MSNBC.com. And even then, as the page loads, the ads blink annoyingly on and off like its a struggle for them to load. I used to visit MSNBC.com easily and all the time in any browser. I like their graphics. Now it's such a pain that I visit only for Eric Alterman.

Does anyone else have this issue?

3. Works fine on G3 with 10.3.2, Safari 1.2
I visit MSNBC fairly often. They print for more hard-hitting stuff than they broadcast. (Actually, your first link returned a "bad server response." But the second worked, and the links from within it worked.

4. I had that problem with Opera
But I can get to it if I set it to "identify as IE" - do you have that option in Mozilla? I still can't vote in any of the polls unless I'm on IE, though. I supposed if I let them set cookies I might be able to, but I'm not willing to do that.

6. I have a PC with Netscape 7.1
and I've been having a problem for several weeks now. Some links work, most don't. I used to be able to breeze through with Netscape 6.1 and 4.7.

8. using FireFox 0.8 I can view the pages, but...
I can't see the online polls. Also, sometimes the pages don't render very well. If I hit the reload button, things tend to straighten themselves out.
