is one of the most pathetic examples of a Repuke toady on the planet. How in the hell he managed to not only get into and graduate from Harvard but also land a tenured position at Berkley is beyond me.

This asshole not only deserves to be disbarred he should be water-boarded until we're sure he doesn't have any overdue library books or late charges at Blockbuster and then sent to Abu Graib for the rest of his life.
