Speaking at a small little charity function, Keyes pulled off the remarkable quote featured in the title. Well, Obama destroyed Keyes in an election, and Keyes thinks Obama destroys everything? More whackjobbery besides that, though!

If a Liberal had made a statement like this, he/she would have been accused of hating America and giving comfort to our enemies. If Ahmadinejad had said something like this, it would have been a call to arms for "patriotic" Americans - seen as a threat and used as justification for possible force.

You think not? Look at all the fuss over Reverand Wright saying "God Damn America." Look at how Ahmadinejad is condemned and accused of wanting to actively destroy Israel for what may be a mistranslated idiom (like "We will bury you").

But when a Conservative says it, he/she is just voicing legitimate concern with the direction of our country.
