2. They didn't talk about project monarch

That was supposedly an aspect of MK-ULTRA that took people who had been badly abused as children until they developed multiple personalities, then they tried to manipluate the various personalities and activate them at will.

I have no idea what evidence is out there for the existence of project Monarch, but that would be really bad if it is true.

However when William Colby (ex director of the CIA) was once asked about project monarch he got pissed and said it has been shut down in the 60s and 70s. So the ex CIA director admitted the project existed.

4. Those videos of soldiers trying to negotiate the obstacle courses were shown to Army

officers and NCO's who underwent the Army's CBR (Chemical, Biological, Radiological) AKA NBC (Nuclear, Biological, Chemical) warfare training in the '60's.

We got a big laugh out of watching the NCO's they had selected for the tests because they first showed them running the obstacle courses under normal physical conditions, then they showed them after they had been given LSD. The video says they "disobeyed" their instructors. That was an understatement. Some wandered around looking hopelessly lost, some were down on the ground crawling around examining the leaves and grass, some were so confused that they would start doing something then abruptly start doing something entirely different.

We were told that aircraft would fly over the enemy and spray aerosols of these agents or they might be "delivered" in artillery shells, which would burst and disperse the mind-altering drugs into the air. Any enemy troops who were not protected by special warfare suits would become incapacitated, making it easy for U.S. troops to win the battle.

Of course, we weren't told that they were using those agents for nefarious purposes such as population or prisoner control.
