Who are the Dems Who Support Palin?
A CNN poll shows no change in support for Sarah Palin after she made her self Queen Quitter of the World on Friday. It is not surprising that her faithful supporters still support her but the poll shows 17% of Dems would vote for her. That poll must be flawed. How could any Dem support her policies, much less a quitter?

3. Lyndon LaRouche is a Democrat. So is Fred Phelps.
We've got some wingnuts on our side of the fence, too.

4. If polled, *I* would say that I support Sarah Palin.
Edited on Wed Jul-08-09 07:50 AM by Ian David
Because I want her to stay as involved in GOP politics as she can, for as long as possible.

Duh.

Don't give-up, Sarah Palin! U.S. Americans need you and also too!

6. I hear that
A Palin candidacy might, though, lead to the Republicans learning that they need to clean house, and that would be bad.

5. Can you imagine how stupid someone would have to be...
to vote for Sarah Palin as President of the United States?

Palin knows very little and doesn't retain or understand much. Her skills are perfect for a beauty contest winner and yet, over forty percent of Americans would vote for her.

13. Do we need
an IQ test for voting? OK, I know that ain't PC, but seriously, how stupid do you have to be to be a Dem who says he'll vote for Palin?

8. I think Democrats who may be losing faith in Obama.
He left the Impression in the Campaign that he would change
Trade Policies to favor workers.
Now he has gone back to Wall Street Free Trade Position.

To a lot of Americans, the perception is we handed Billions
to Wall Street no questions asked. Many grudgingly agreed wtih
him. HOWEVER, mention Health Care and the Democrats in the
Senate say we cannot afford money for taxpayers. Sound like
Republicans.

The Impression is We are Republican Lite.

Remeber Harry Truman. Give the people the choice between a fake
Republican and the real thing. They will choose the real Republican.

Democrats who believe and are led to believe there is not a dimes
worth of difference between the two parties see the Democrats as
not exactly honest. They know the Republicans are for business
but do not pretend to care about the Middle Class.

I would say most Democrats would just "drop out" and not vote.
Some would go with Palin. Real Republican.

I am not saying they are correct. I am answering the question.

9. There are folks who should be Republicans
Who are registered as Democrats. In some places, this is because they live in places where Democrats are solidly in control at the local level, and they want to vote for the conservative Democrat in the primary. This is at least a reason that seems a little sensible: I have a neighbor who thought Palin was great at the time she was given the VP nod by McCain who should be a Republican, but is registered Democratic for the reason outlined above.

Some may also be Democrats who have always been Democrats because their family has always been Democratic and they still identify as such, even though they may be ideologically Republican. There are still some folks in the south who feel that way, and have not forgotten Sherman.

There are also some who are just dumb, or even some who think she's cute.
