All Justices That Sold Democracy Appointed by Republicans (Gay Vantage)
... all of the Justices that ruled in favor of corporations being able to buy elections were appointed by Republican Presidents.

* Justice Kennedy was appointed by President Reagan
* Justice Roberts was appointed by President George W. Bush
* Just Alito was appointed by President George W. Bush
* Justice Scalia was appointed by President Reagan
* Justice Thomas was appointed by President George H. W. Bush ...

2. Isn't that amazing!!! Here's another fun fact: all of the Justices that
ruled against Al Gore in Bush v. Gore were appointed by republicans.

5. Make no mistake, the SCOTUS has been stacked, and not in our favor.

In many ways the current makeup of the SCOTUS started back in the Ronnie the Raygun years. Then began a concerted effort to influence the Judicial Branch of our government by stacking the courts with those persons with the same ideological intentions. The recent ruling was years in the making. Or I should say that 5-4 majority was years in the making.

6. I can recall a time when the Judiciary at least pretended to be unbiased.

10. Yup but if we impeach these five that will make up for the lost time...
So how does one go about starting an impeachment? Can the American Public start one on it's own or does it always have to start in the House?
