1. Thanks for posting..
gonna go read it now. For some reason I'm just morbidly fascinated with this current bank fraud crisis. Go figure.

3. Okay, I think I understand the fraud ...
and the law that Black provides that provides the cure, e.g., no note, no debt; but is that practicable? Would that lead to an outrageous result that would include a major disruption of the world financial system?

I know that in a clinical sense, we want ... it is only fair that ... the greedy banksters be punished for their avarice; but at what cost? Can the world financial system absorb the billions in losses, without throwing the whole system into shambles?

I know that some wish for a take down of the current financial system; but I would suggest that this is a pyrric pursuit at best, unless one is well-stocked, skilled at urban-survival and bartering ... and well armed.

Rather than article after article of what is wrong ... ending with a rote application of the law, effects be damned, I would far rather read a considered discussion of how we can unwind this mess without collapsing the financial, and ultimately the social, system.

4. that is a reasonable request, and I would like to start the unwinding
by vigorously investigating those that appear to be obviously complicit & that can be I.D.'d (as there are so many involved in various ways it would turn into a mass roundup at the moment)at the highest levels of the FED FIRST and move the train along from there.
