AT&T “END” the right to file Class Auction Law Suits Supreme Court

Consumers' right to file class actions is in danger

If AT&T has its way before the Supreme Court, any business that issues a contract to customers would be able to prevent them from joining class-action lawsuits, taking away arguably the most powerful legal tool available to the little guy.

Republicans believe only the strong should survive, that means only Big Business will be standing as the little guys fade into poverty, bringing the country backwards to the times of the great depression.

4. The repukes hate the "little man"
here are their hopes

Tort reform- limit punitive damages
Loser pays-
No class action suits.

What this all means is no lawsuits for the average person.

6. The Only Logical Response to this is a boycott
If ATT wins, cancel all corporate/consumer contracts and let the economy finally die.
