Maybe somebody already posted this, but just in case... If true, I'm surprised this hasn't been discussed more in the news. It almost seems like something out of 'The Onion', but the site seems legit.

The way Tenent was offed was reported in that article. Then, I guess a day later, the NYT comes out with the same story. (That Bush demanded Tenent's resignation, then announced it to a stunned WH staff the next morning, and strutted out to a podium on the WH lawn to tell the world before coptering off to a fundraiser or something.)
