Snark Side Of The Buffoon? "Palin's wise words lost amid her snark" (Anchorage Daily News)
Commentary: Palin's wise words lost amid her snark

If Sarah Palin made a wise observation on the state of U.S. government that might have appeal to both liberals and conservatives, would the media notice? Apparently not, because that's exactly what she did in her Iowa speech last week, and it went largely unreported, laments New York Times news analyst Anand Giridharadas.

Something curious happened when Ms. Palin strode onto the stage last weekend at a Tea Party event in Indianola, Iowa. Along with her familiar and predictable swipes at President Barack Obama and the "far left," she delivered a devastating indictment of the entire U.S. political establishment - left, right and center - and pointed toward a way of transcending the presently unbridgeable political divide.

The next day, the "lamestream" media, as she calls it, played into her fantasy of it by ignoring the ideas she unfurled and dwelling almost entirely on the will-she-won't-she question of her presidential ambitions.

So here is something I never thought I would write: a column about Sarah Palin’s ideas.

1. So they wrote a column about Sarah Palin's ideas?
Was the page blank?

3. This is the way she won the governorship of Alaska

and acquired that 80% approval rating. If she had stuck to that script, she would have gone much, much further in the national political realm, but she blew it with all her Tea Party talk.

4. this does not reveal any remarkable wisdom on the part of palin.
what it does reveal is that even idiots can see that we are being played by interests that are not our own.
just because the media refuses to be honest with its viewers does not mean that ordinary people are really fooled.
after all, even palin isn't fooled.

5. Ms. Palin isn't capable of writing a "speech".
She's barely capable of speaking (unless you count "Palinese" as a language).
If you asked her five minutes after she finished reading one of her hate-filled "screeches" any details about the content, she wouldn't' be able to tell you.
She's a dumb-ass.

6. RTFA, Palin has committed FOX NEWS suicide
"She made three interlocking points. First, that the United States is now governed by a "permanent political class," drawn from both parties, that is increasingly cut off from the concerns of regular people. Second, that these Republicans and Democrats have allied with big business to mutual advantage to create what she called "corporate crony capitalism." Third, that the real political divide in the United States may no longer be between friends and foes of Big Government, but between friends and foes of vast, remote, unaccountable institutions (both public and private).

She is correct that the permanent political class runs the country. Now that she has said this out loud, they will turn on her. That is a good thing. The permanent political class occasionally does something that is correct.

7. Just because she said it doesn't mean she thought it or wrote it-
She just read it off the teleprompter...
she is incapable of abstract thought.

If she really believed it, why does she always goose step
to whatever needs to be done to make more cash?

If you 'talk the talk' honey,
they 'walk the walk'
and we all know you can't put one high heeled foot in front
of the other without a paycheck..
She sleeps in the bed of all the FOX cuties,
who's beholden to the monied masters?
