Does Perry Have a Prayer When it Comes to Crisis Management?

Texas is in the midst of its worst drought since 1895. So what is Rick Perry doing? Like any good leader, he has it he's got a three-point plan: 1. Deny that global warming is an issue. 2. Dramatically reduce spending on volunteer fire departments in the state. 3. Pray. A lot.

As I recall, most of the bad crisis management was in Louisiana. Now, maybe incompetence in the other Gulf states affected didn't get broadcast, but that's where people will look when evaluating Perry for his ability to handle a crisis.

They're not going to blame him that it didn't rain.
