2. He's been a dick since at least 9/11

I have a feeling he's always been RW prick, but 9/11 really gave him license to let loose with this sort of nonsense. When I saw this yesterday, it really made me want to toss "The Dark Knight" books from the 80s in the trash. I may still do so if I could only find 'em...
