Bustamante is listed as a "co-author," along with 41 other assembly members and 22 senators. He wasn't one of the three assembly members or three senators listed as "principal co-authors." He didn't introduce the bill (Republican Jim Brulte did).

6. Joe smokes they ass again. He shames 99% of the press.

He should sell clues to the rest of the pathetic press. At deregulated prices, of course.
