6. I don't think he is blind, I actually think he is quite dumb

and is the boy Dauphine. He is looking more and more dumb as each day goes by and needs more and more time "away" to escape any embarrassing situations.

He does not have a clue at all what is going on. now that Aug 6th was significant. And because of the briefing. We could only assume what was in the briefing. We knew bush had ignored it though.
