AOL has a VERY unflattering picture of Bunnypants with the headline..."He wanted war before 9/11" I mean for Time/Warner that's big. Normally they're kissing his ass all over the place.

the statement with a "Sec O'Niell claims.." But instead states it as fact. Could be that TIME is running a piece on this - so they are doing their own promo. But the caption - if not changed - is rather telling in and of itself.
