What should be done with a re-puke who does not "come out of the closet" and tell the truth???
How far down the PNAC food chain should the war crimes trials go?
Frankly, I feel that any public official signing a PNAC document should be tried for war crimes.

2. Brandenburg vs. The United States. |

It is a very important supreme court case. It says that membership in an organization is not the same as performing the acts that said organization performs (which is also why being in a terrorist organization isn't technically illegal).
So you couldn't actually try someone for being a member of the PNAC, though I'm sure we all want to.

a lot of people were members of the communist party back when they were young, doesn't mean they were intent on overthrowing the government or killing anybody.
which could bring up an interesting discussion of who is "complicit".
Personally I think the major media outlets are complicit in war crimes and should be dealt with the way the Nazi propagandists were dealt with: As war criminals.
