Last time I called my Senator (Shumer's office) in Buffalo I was confronted by one sorry ass rude person. I was very disappointed. Sometimes I wonder it the effort is worth it. Do they really care? Does anybody really care?

2. My advice is contact a different office and tell your tale |

Congressmen and senators have offices in DC and in their districts and states. Contact another office by mail that yields a reciept (offices respect accountability).
