The spin on the talk shows today

On all the right wing radio shows today, it was the same thing. Bush like Clinton had a plan all along to go into these countries if needed. What they don`t say is if we were attacked and not a preemptive strike which is what the chip wanted. Of course the media isn`t bringing that point either.

Many of the people who wrote the PNAC plan are in key positions in the Bu$h misadministration. And this was a plan that they peddled to Clinton and he flat out rejected it.

Besides Clinton didn't have any plans calling for pre-emptive war based on false intelligence.

8. Was on talk radio today

As I was surfing the right wing talk radio shows today I believe that one was from Rush. The other one about Clinton and Fienstein starting the WMD charges was on Hannity I believe. Hey, there are so many of these nuts on the radio it's hard to keep track of their BS.

6. Well, if that's true, why didn't they mention it until O'Neill spoke out?

I mean, let's be serious here. Suppose Clinton had a plan to invade Iraq and depose Saddam by pre-emptive war. If that had even a hint of truth, then bushco would have trumpeted that fact very early on when everyone was protesting the plans for the invasion of Iraq. bush would have clearly, and persistently, pounded the Dems that Clinton thought this was a good thing, too.

It's a false argument to claim that bush is riding Clinton's coattails on regime change in Iraq. The argument has no merit. Next thing you know, they'll be saying it's Clinton's fault we're in this quagmire.
